WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

  • Fast, ground shipping within 2 to 7 business days. *We are experiencing longer shipping times than usual; we apologize for this inconvenience. Please expect 2 - 4+ days.
  • Shipping costs: $9.99 per order, unless noted otherwise. (FREE Shipping with a Sunny Jar Savings Membership (Coming Soon!)

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?

Due to the customized nature of our unique personalized products, we cannot offer a refund. All sales are final.

However, if there is a mistake made by a fault of our own, we will gladly remake, replace and resend the correct product. When not available or out of stock, we may substitute an equal or greater valued gift basket as we see fit.

To avoid any mishaps, please double check your personalization preference, e.g., spelling, punctuation, etc. Messages, names and other personalizations will be printed EXACTLY as the information is given to us.

Although, if we detect a major error that would affect the product's appearance, we may email you to confirm whether it was intended or not. We want you to give your loved ones the very best gift possible!
