Due to the customized nature of our unique personalized products, we cannot offer a refund. All sales are final. However, if there is a mistake made by a fault of our own, we will gladly remake, replace and resend the correct product.

To avoid any mishaps, please double check your personalization preference, e.g. spelling, punctuation, etc. Messages, names and other personalizations will be printed EXACTLY as the information is given to us.
