WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

Sunny Jar Personalized accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
  • Sunny Jar Personalized features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.
  • PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?

 

Due to the customized nature of our unique personalized products, we cannot offer a refund. All sales are final.

However if there is a mistake made by a fault of our own, we will gladly remake, replace and resend the correct product. (Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.)

To avoid any mishaps, please double check your personalization preference, eg. spelling, punctuation, etc. Messages, names and other personalizations will be printed EXACTLY as the information is given to us.

Although, if we detect a major error that would effect the products appearance, we may email you to confirm whether it was intended or not. We want you to give your loved ones the very best gift possible, from you!
