At Sunny Jar Personalized, every order is prepared with care, especially for the person receiving it. Because many of our products are personalized or specially prepared, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for personalized items or gift baskets due to a change of mind, incorrect customer-submitted information, or buyer's remorse.

Personalized Products

Please carefully review all personalization details, spelling, names, dates, and other information before submitting your order.

Once an order has entered processing or production, we cannot guarantee changes, cancellations, or refunds.

Gift Baskets

Our gift baskets are carefully prepared and may contain products that are subject to availability. Occasionally, an item may need to be substituted.

If an item becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to replace it with an item of equal or greater value that is similar in nature and appropriate for the original gift basket's contents and occasion.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We want every Sunny Jar order to arrive as expected.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

We will review the situation and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or other suitable resolution.

Cancellations

Orders may be eligible for cancellation only if processing or production has not begun. Once an order enters processing, cancellation requests may no longer be accommodated.

Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for order processing times and estimated delivery information.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. Carrier delays do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.
